Our mission at Lark Behavior Group is to ensure every individual we have the privilege of working with has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential for learning, independence and inclusion. We specialize in providing individualized treatment rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to give our clients that chance. Through continuous assessment and evaluation, we identify unique strengths to help learn language and functional communication, develop social skills to create meaningful relationships, and minimize inappropriate behaviors.

We view ABA therapy as a collaborative effort between our treatment team, all other professional service providers, and your family.

Shogik Martirosyan M.S., BCBA

Shogik Martirosyan has over a decade of experience working with individuals with autism and various other developmental disabilities in home, at clinics, and in public/private school settings. She received her graduate degree from California State University, Northridge earning a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Shogik is a huge advocate of taking a collaborative approach when working with individuals, and believes the positive benefits are integral for overall growth and development.

When she’s not helping families, she’s busy having fun with hers.

Neli Plouzian M.S., BCBA

With over a decade of experience in the field of ABA, Neli is dedicated to working with children of all abilities and ages.

Her expertise lies in developmental areas, communication, socialization, and motor skills. Neli tailors learning experiences, emphasizing individualized approaches. Specializing in developmental assessments, she addresses delays with evidence-based methods. Neli actively promotes continuous professional growth, having trained various professionals, including teachers and therapists.

Neli underscores the importance of collaboration between home and school for a child's optimal academic experience. She advocates for parent meetings to discuss achievements and areas of improvement, believing in a unified approach for each child's benefit.
